The Challenge
A historic property requiring full Lutron lighting control, Crestron AV, and PMS integration without disturbing the protected architecture. All cabling had to be threaded through existing chases and concealed.
The Solution
Lutron HomeWorks for the public spaces and Lutron myRoom XC pre-wired into each guest room. Crestron 4-Series handles the public AV and event spaces. Sonance and K-Array architectural speakers throughout.
The Outcome
Operational since 2022. Cave Group provides ongoing service and proactive monitoring through the Lutron HTI hospitality program.
