Information you share
When you contact us, request a quote, apply for a role or use our chat, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, contact details, project requirements, messages, plans, photos or resume. Please share only what is needed for your request.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, assess projects, provide support, consider applications and maintain a record of our communications. An inquiry or chat expressing interest in a project may become a lead or service ticket in our internal CaveOS system.
Chat and AI
Our chat identifies itself as an AI assistant. Messages used for AI replies are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic. Conversations may be stored and reviewed by our team, including when you request a human response. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or other information that is unnecessary for the conversation.
Service providers
We use providers to host and protect this website, store submissions, deliver notifications and support our team's response. These include Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend and Telegram, as well as Anthropic for AI chat. Information relevant to your request may be processed by these services and our internal systems. Processing may take place in countries other than the one where you live.
Cookies and campaign links
Cloudflare provides bot protection. A chat security cookie can keep a conversation associated with your browser for up to one day. If you follow one of our tracked campaign links, an attribution cookie can associate an inquiry with that campaign for up to 30 days. Ordinary direct visits do not create that campaign cookie. Browser controls can remove or restrict cookies; some features may then stop working.
Storage and access
Submissions and attachments are stored for handling your request, ongoing service, business records and applicable obligations. Access is limited through our service and account controls. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for every type of record; contact us to discuss a particular record or request its deletion where applicable.
