CP3, MC3, AV3, PRO3, DIN-AP3 and RMC3 are officially end-of-life. No new units are manufactured — only reworked refurb stock remains in the supply chain.
Single-Threaded Processing
Legacy 3-Series processors run one program at a time. Complex homes push them to the limit — slowing touchpanels, stalling scenes, and dropping AV routes.
No Cloud Management
Your installer has to be on-site or VPN'd in to make any change. No remote monitoring, no automated health checks, no proactive support.
Legacy DM Matrix Costs

How It Works
Remote System Audit
We pull the current SIMPL program from your processor, inventory every DM endpoint, keypad, and touch panel, and review your existing Crestron Home config (if any). We identify everything that carries forward and everything that needs replacing.

Migration Design
Our Crestron Masters engineers map your existing functionality to the 4-Series platform. We choose the right processor (CP4-R, MC4-R, or DIN-AP4-R), spec DM NVX encoders and decoders per display, and design the new TSW-70 panel layouts.

Staged Swap
We pre-program the new processor off-site and load it into XiO Cloud. On install day we swap processors and matrix gear in the equipment rack, re-terminate DM NVX endpoints, and commission each room individually — rarely more than 30 minutes of downtime per zone.
