Whole-Home Control & AV
Crestron
Whole-home control, AV distribution, and unified system integration for luxury residential, hospitality, and marine.
Credentials & Experience
Cave Group is a Crestron Elite Gold Partner. Our team designs, programs and supports Crestron systems for residential, hospitality, commercial and marine projects.
Cave Group is a Crestron Elite Gold Partner serving New York City, Westchester, the Hamptons, and Bergen County, New Jersey, from offices in Long Island City and Fairview, NJ. Crestron brings lighting, shading, AV, climate and supported integrations into a coordinated control experience, and we select the architecture and integrations around each project.
Why Crestron
The Reason We Install It
Crestron supports a range of control architectures, from media rooms to complex properties and yachts. We coordinate interface layouts and scene names across properties to keep the experience familiar.
We select Crestron Home or a custom-programmed architecture to suit the project. Processor capabilities, DM NVX video distribution and remote management are specified and verified separately for the selected models.
And Crestron Home — the consumer-friendly OS layered on top of 4-Series — gives clients a beautiful interface without sacrificing the customization power of full Crestron programming. We use Crestron Home where appropriate and full SIMPL Sharp Pro programming where the project demands it.
What We Do
Crestron Capabilities
4-Series Control (CP4-R, MC4-R)
Multicore Crestron processors. CP4-R for typical luxury homes, MC4-R for compact systems. DIN-AP4-R for rack-rail mounting in commercial enclosures.
DM NVX Video Distribution
AV-over-IP for 4K HDR HDMI distribution at any scale — from 4 sources to 100+ displays. Replaces legacy DM matrix architectures.
TSW Touch Screens
TSW-880 (8-inch), TSW-1080 (10-inch), tabletop and wall-mount — the latest 80-series with an integrated room-status light bar. The most refined touch UI on the market.
Horizon & Cameo Keypads
Architectural keypads in glass, brushed metal, and matte. Engraved labels, customizable scenes, hand-finished.
TSR-310 Handheld Remote
Hard-button remote with Crestron Home or full system integration. The most reliable physical remote on the market.
XiO Cloud Remote Management
Cloud-managed Crestron infrastructure. Remote diagnostics, firmware updates, system health, and proactive alerts across every project.
Crestron Home OS
User-friendly OS on top of 4-Series. Mobile app, voice control, scene editor, and Apple HomeKit integration without sacrificing customization.
Custom SIMPL Sharp Programming
When projects need it, we program in full SIMPL Sharp Pro — Crestron's professional programming language. C# under the hood, full control.
Crestron Marine
Marine-grade Crestron control for superyachts. We've installed Crestron on vessels across the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
