Crestron handles AV, climate, shading, and security; Lutron handles every switch, dimmer, and keypad. The two platforms integrate natively and present one unified UI to the homeowner.

We design reference-quality home theaters from the architectural stage onward — acoustically-engineered rooms, Trinnov or JBL Synthesis processing, dedicated amplification, 4K/8K laser projection, acoustically-transparent screens, and integrated lighting scenes. Every room is calibrated on handover.

We build enterprise UniFi networks designed for 150–300 connected devices — the actual count for most luxury homes. That means VLANs for IoT, AV, and trusted devices, Wi-Fi 7 access points, PoE switching, and a UniFi Cloud Gateway. Consumer routers fail at this scale; we don't install them.

Yes. Every system we install is enrolled in remote monitoring — Crestron XiO Cloud for the automation platform and Lutron Dashboard or UniFi Site Manager for lighting and network. We see faults before you notice them and push most fixes remotely. Annual service agreements are available for proactive care.

Fully integrated luxury-home systems typically range from $150k for a Manhattan apartment to $1M+ for a Hamptons estate. Scope varies — lighting-only projects start lower, home theaters and home-cinema rooms add more. We scope every project individually after a site walk and discovery session.

Yes — it's how we prefer to work. We join the project at the design stage so lighting, shading, AV, and networking are specified into the build package. Clean cable paths, proper equipment rooms, power planning, and keypad placement are all coordinated with your designer and architect from drawings through commissioning.

Both are excellent. We specify Crestron for the largest, most custom estates and for homes that already run Crestron; Savant when the client wants its interface and the project fits its ecosystem. Lighting is Lutron in either case. We recommend after seeing the drawings and how the family lives, not before.

At the drawings — before the electrical plan is final. That is when lighting layouts, speaker locations, equipment rooms, and low-voltage pathways are cheap to get right; after drywall they are expensive. We work directly with the architect, designer, and builder from that point.
