Can you integrate with our existing IT infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We coordinate directly with your IT team on VLANs, firewall rules, identity provider integration, and device management. AV systems live on the right network segment with the correct QoS and multicast settings. Crestron XiO Cloud and UniFi Site Manager give your IT team remote visibility.

Do you handle lighting control for commercial spaces?

Yes. We specify Lutron Athena for commercial lighting — DALI-2, DMX, BMS integration, cloud management, and energy reporting. Athena handles everything from lobbies and open offices to ballrooms and event spaces, and integrates with Crestron for scene control from conference room touchpanels.

What about digital signage and video walls?

We deploy Samsung and LG commercial displays for digital signage and video walls, with content management platforms suited to each use case. For video walls we specify narrow-bezel LCDs or LED tiles depending on viewing distance, and integrate with Crestron for input switching and scheduling.

Can you do amenity spaces in a luxury residential building?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MDU amenity spaces are one of our strongest areas — rooftop terraces with L-Acoustics audio, cinema rooms with Kaleidescape or Trinnov, gym AV with BGM distribution, and coworking lounges with Crestron Flex conference booths. We integrate every space into one building-wide network.

How long does a commercial AV project take?

A boardroom typically takes 2–4 weeks from contract to commissioning. A full corporate office fit-out runs 2–4 months depending on scope. MDU amenity spaces fit into the building construction schedule and are delivered as each space comes online.

Do you offer ongoing support and service contracts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every commercial system is enrolled in Crestron XiO Cloud and UniFi Site Manager for remote monitoring. We offer service contracts with SLAs, proactive firmware management, and on-site response for mission-critical spaces. Most issues are resolved remotely before staff notice.
