Hospitality

From Vision to Operation

One partner for every system in your property — designed, built, and managed.

Hotels are the most demanding technology environments — hundreds of rooms, thousands of guests, and zero tolerance for downtime. We specialize in designing, building, and operating the complete technology stack for boutique and luxury properties.

From the network backbone to the bedside touchpanel, from the ballroom AV to the back-of-house systems — we deliver a true turnkey solution and stay to manage it.

Questions We Hear

Hospitality, Answered

What is Lutron myRoom XC?+

myRoom XC is Lutron's newest hospitality platform — cloud-connected, sized to the property, with native Ketra tunable-white integration, PMS integration (Opera, Mews, StayNTouch), Lutron Dashboard for remote management, and hospitality-specific scene templates. Replacement options depend on the installed controls and current manufacturer support.

Which PMS platforms do you integrate with?+

Opera Cloud, Mews, Protel, StayNTouch, and other major hospitality PMS platforms. myRoom XC has a PMS interface module that handles check-in welcome scenes, check-out energy setbacks, DND signaling, and VIP flagging — all fired automatically without staff action.

Can you upgrade a hotel without closing rooms?+

Yes. We phase rollouts by floor or wing and execute guest room swaps in two-to-four-hour windows during housekeeping. Public spaces are upgraded overnight. Most properties never drop a single night of revenue during the upgrade.

How do you handle ballroom and meeting room AV?+

Ballroom and meeting room AV is handled through Crestron Flex with full digital signal processing, digital signage, integrated lighting control, and scheduling panels that integrate with Exchange, Google Workspace, and Outlook. Scene recall is unified with the property-wide Lutron system.

What about hotel Wi-Fi?+

We build UniFi enterprise networks engineered for peak occupancy density — per-room access point placement, VLANs for guest, staff, IoT, and AV, and PCI-compliant isolation. Most legacy hotel Wi-Fi collapses at full occupancy; enterprise UniFi doesn't.

Will the upgrade help with ESG and energy reporting?+

Yes. Lutron Dashboard provides real-time energy reporting per room, per floor, per zone. Occupancy-based HVAC setbacks alone typically save 25–35% on unoccupied-room energy consumption, and the reporting satisfies most ESG framework requirements.

Do you work internationally for hospitality projects?+

Yes. We run hospitality projects in New York, Miami, Las Vegas, and across Europe — Italy, Greece, Spain, France, and the UK. Remote support through Lutron Dashboard, Crestron XiO Cloud, and UniFi Site Manager means we maintain properties anywhere in the world after deployment.

What is Lutron Athena?+

Athena is Lutron's scalable commercial lighting platform for public spaces — lobbies, restaurants, ballrooms, event venues. DALI, DMX, and BMS integration, cloud management, and full energy reporting. It pairs with myRoom XC so public spaces and guest rooms run on one unified dashboard.

Which hotel room control system works with our PMS?+

Lutron myRoom XC integrates with Opera Cloud, Mews, StayNTouch, Protel, and other PMS platforms, so occupancy and check-in status drive lighting, shading, and climate automatically. Cave Group is Lutron HTI (Hospitality Technology Integrator) certified and has delivered this integration at properties such as Casa Cipriani in New York.

Who installs Lutron myRoom in New York?+

Cave Group — a Lutron Gold Dealer and Lutron HTI-certified hospitality integrator based in New York, with European operations in Warsaw. We design, install, program, and support myRoom XC guest-room systems along with AV, networking, and access control.

What does a hospitality technology integrator do?+

A hospitality technology integrator designs and installs the guest-facing and back-of-house systems of a hotel — room control, AV, networking, access, and PMS integration — as one coordinated system instead of separate vendors. Lutron's HTI certification recognizes integrators trained on its hospitality platforms; Cave Group holds it.
