PMS Integration, So the Hotel Talks to Itself.

The property-management system is where the hotel knows who is in which room; we connect it to the guest-room controls, the locks, the energy management, and the AV, through Oracle's integration platform, the Mews Marketplace, and the vendors' own interfaces, in the United States, Hawaii, and Europe.

PMS Integration

One Record of Who Is in the Room.

Oracle's Hospitality Integration Platform gives hotels and integration partners a self-service way to use OPERA Cloud APIs, subscribe to business events, register applications, manage credentials, and monitor usage, and OPERA Cloud grew 31 percent in a year to 3,500 properties, including more than 1,000 Hyatt hotels; in January 2026 IHG approved it as a PMS across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, PPHE runs it across 18 properties and 5,200 rooms in the UK, the Netherlands, and Italy, and Motel One moved more than 100 properties in 13 countries onto it at 14 go-lives a week. Mews offers more than 1,000 integrations with no connection fees.

On the room side, Lutron's myRoom lists Oracle, HTNG, Infor, Protel, and OnQ among its property-management integrations, and a custom Crestron room is tied in through the PMS vendor's interface. What the integration carries is simple and consequential: check-in to a welcome scene, checkout and vacancy to a setback, occupancy to climate, do-not-disturb to housekeeping, and the reservation to the lock. In Europe the hotel stays the data controller for guest data under GDPR even when a vendor processes it, which shapes what the integration is allowed to carry and keep.

01 · Platforms

Opera Cloud, Mews, and the Rest

Oracle through the Hospitality Integration Platform, Mews through its marketplace, StayNTouch, Protel, and others through their interfaces; the hotel picks the PMS, we build the bridge.

02 · Payload

Check-In, Checkout, Occupancy

A welcome scene on check-in, a setback on checkout and vacancy, climate on occupancy, do-not-disturb and make-up-room to housekeeping, the reservation to the lock. Nothing the room does not need.

03 · Data

The Hotel Stays the Controller

The integration carries the minimum, logs what it does, and is documented for the operator, because under GDPR the hotel remains responsible for guest data wherever it is processed.

Guest data
Under GDPR, hotels remain the data controller for guest data even when it is processed through a third-party PMS, POS, or CRM vendor, and remain liable if that vendor's system is breached.

Questions About PMS Integration

PMS Integration, Answered

Which property-management systems do you integrate with?+

Oracle OPERA Cloud through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform, Mews through its marketplace, StayNTouch, Protel, and other major platforms through their interfaces. The hotel chooses the PMS; we build and document the bridge to the guest-room controls, the locks, energy management, and the AV.

What does the integration actually do for a guest?+

The room is ready on check-in with a welcome scene, it sets itself back when the guest leaves or checks out, climate follows occupancy, do-not-disturb reaches housekeeping without a knock, and the reservation becomes the key. The guest never sees the integration; they see a room that behaves.

What about guest data in Europe?+

The hotel stays the data controller under GDPR whatever vendor processes the data, so the integration carries the minimum the room needs, logs what it does, and is documented for the operator and the vendor. We design it with the PMS vendor's interface, not around it.

Can you do this in an open hotel?+

Yes. Rollouts are phased by floor or wing, guest-room work is done in short housekeeping windows, public spaces are converted overnight, and the old and new systems run side by side until the last floor is cut over. Most properties never close a room.

Who supports the property after opening?+

We do, remotely first. Cave Watch monitors the network, the guest-room systems, the public-space AV, and the lighting, fixes most faults without a visit, and schedules one when it is needed; Crestron XiO Cloud, the Lutron dashboard, and UniFi give the technician and the property the same view. Firmware and programming updates are staged floor by floor, and the support agreement names response times and what the on-site staff handle.

Bring the drawings if the hotel is on paper, the room mock-up if it is in design, or the list of what no longer works if it is open. We will tell you what we would do, in what order, what it would take, and how the rooms get commissioned without closing the floor.
