Remote support covers your vessel anywhere in the world through Starlink and XiO Cloud.

Starlink Maritime is a high-performance satellite internet service designed for vessels at sea. Unlike legacy VSAT systems, it delivers broadband speeds anywhere on earth at a fraction of the cost. We install it paired with cellular multi-WAN failover (Peplink) and a UniFi Enterprise network to distribute seamless Wi-Fi throughout the vessel.

Yes. On yachts we standardize on Crestron lighting control — Crestron 4-Series dimmers, keypads, and lighting modules running alongside the main Crestron automation system. Marine-grade wiring, UV-resistant keypads, vibration-proof mounting, and tunable-white cabin scenes. One platform for lighting, AV, shades, HVAC, and entertainment from the master suite to the helm. (For residential, hospitality, and commercial we lead with Lutron — but for yachts it's Crestron end-to-end.)

Yes. 3-Series is end of life and we run full refits from 3-Series to 4-Series during yard periods. This includes CP3, MC3, and PRO3 processor swaps, TSW-752 and TSW-1052 touchpanel upgrades to TSW-770 and TSW-1070, DM matrix replacement with DM NVX, and commissioning into Crestron Home. Typical refits fit within scheduled yard windows.

Yes. For new builds we work directly with naval architects and yards from concept drawings through sea trials. Technology is specified into the build package — clean cable paths, proper equipment rooms, power planning, and commissioning during outfitting rather than bolted on afterward.

For marine projects we install L-Acoustics marine speakers and amplifiers for concert-quality deck audio, Coastal Source bollard and architectural audio for sun deck and aft deck, and James Loudspeaker marine for in-ceiling main saloon, skylounge, and cabin audio. All brands are specified for salt, UV, and constant vibration.

UniFi Protect runs on a local NVR with zero licensing fees — your footage stays on the vessel, your data stays yours. Compared to licensed platforms (Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone) that charge per-camera monthly subscriptions and store footage on vendor clouds, UniFi Protect delivers AI person/vehicle detection, license plate recognition, and instant smart search locally and without recurring fees.

We work at and around the major Mediterranean yacht building and refit yards including Benetti, Perini Navi, Rossinavi, Codecasa, CRN, Ferretti Group, Sanlorenzo, Baglietto, Custom Line, Pershing, and Mangusta in Italy; Feadship, Oceanco, Heesen, and Amels in the Netherlands; and refit yards like Olympic Marine in Greece, Monaco Marine and MB92 in France, and MB92 Palma in Spain.

Yes. Every system we install is enrolled in remote monitoring — Crestron XiO Cloud for the control system and lighting, and UniFi Site Manager for the network and cameras. We see faults before the guest or crew notice, and most fixes are pushed remotely without dispatching a tech.
