The Challenge
Multi-building property — main house, pool house, garage with apartment — all needed to feel like one unified system. The outdoor cinema needed weather-resistant projection and audio.
The Solution
Single Lutron HomeWorks QSX system spans all buildings via fiber backhaul. Crestron 4-Series in the main house with secondary processors in each outbuilding. UniFi Enterprise mesh covers the property. Outdoor cinema uses retractable screen with Sonance landscape audio.
The Outcome
Family uses the outdoor cinema for movies and Sunday football. All scenes accessible from any touchpanel in any building.
