Salt-air environment, large outdoor footprint, and the need for seamless indoor/outdoor automation. Wi-Fi coverage extended to a private dock and pool house.
The Solution
Marine-grade UniFi access points for the outdoor coverage. Coastal Source landscape speakers integrated into the Crestron audio matrix. Lutron Palladiom shades for sun control on the water-facing facade.
The Outcome
Indoor/outdoor scenes that follow the family from the great room to the pool deck without touching a control. Cave Group provides Premium support with annual on-site visits.
