The Challenge
The owner wanted a single integrator capable of delivering every system — lighting, AV, networking, security, and theater — engaged from the architectural design phase rather than retrofitting after construction.
The Solution
Cave Group joined the design team at blueprint stage. Lutron HomeWorks QSX for all lighting and shading with Palladiom keypads in the main rooms. Crestron 4-Series with TSW-1070 touchpanels in every key location. UniFi Enterprise (EFG, Pro XG, U7 Pro Max) for the network. Kaleidescape Strato C with Trinnov Altitude in the dedicated cinema.
The Outcome
Move-in ready 2025. The owner uses the same Crestron interface in NYC and Old Tappan — Cave Group programs both properties with the same scene names and layouts for seamless transitions.
