The lot is small. Will outdoor speakers bother the neighbors?+–
Not if they are designed for it. We place several small speakers close to where people sit and run them quietly, which gives even sound on the terrace and very little beyond it. We tune the system in the evening, at the volume you will actually use.
Our builder is already framing. Can the shades still be recessed?+–
Often, if we move quickly. Shade pockets need blocking and power before drywall. Once the ceilings are closed the choices are a surface-mounted fascia or battery shades, which work well but do not look the same.
Do you also work in the towers in Fort Lee and Edgewater?+–
Yes. Apartments bring their own constraints: concrete ceilings, building rules about wiring, and a shared riser. We design around them with wireless lighting control and a properly planned network inside the unit.
Who supports the system after we move in?+–
We do. Cave Watch is our support program: round-the-clock remote monitoring of the network, control system, audio-video, and lighting, remote fixes and software updates, priority response, and an annual health check. Central-station alarm monitoring and live guard video monitoring can be added to the same plan.
